Pork Belly Pineapple Kabobs

Thick cuts of pork belly are marinated in bourbon and skewered alongside blistered peppers and caramelized onions. Grilled until perfectly charred, these kabobs blend savory, sweet, and smoky flavors in every bite.

This twist on a classic features bourbon infused with smoked pineapple and bitters, echoing the charred sweetness of the dish while cleansing the palate between bites.

 Stuffed Chicken Thighs

Boneless thighs are stuffed with a lively mix of jalapeños and ripe peaches, then smoked and finished with a sticky bourbon glaze. It’s sweet, spicy, and soul-satisfying.

True to BBQ tradition, our firepit-cooked burnt ends are rich, tender, and lightly caramelized. Served with Rikasa’s signature potato salad, this course is smoky and indulgent.

Carne Asada

Marinated skirt steak grilled to perfection, topped with rojo chimichurri for a punch of herbs, heat, and acid. Served with charred corn for a summery finish.
