Try Your Favorite Fall Desserts in Cocktail Form

Some of us wait all year for fall to come around so that we can enjoy our favorite seasonal desserts. Nothing feels more comforting than enjoying a warm and cozy treat once the weather starts getting chilly. At Rikasa, we know how many people look forward to their favorite autumnal flavors, which is why we’ve incorporated them into our fall cocktail menu. The next time you’re out, come try your favorite fall dessert in cocktail form!

Pumpkin Spice Martini

Arguably, the most popular fall flavor is pumpkin. Nothing says fall quite like a nice pumpkin pie, and there are plenty of other ways to make pumpkin desserts. Pumpkin spice is everywhere you turn during the autumn months, so we couldn’t leave it out of our cocktail menu. If you’re a pumpkin spice fan, you need to try our Pumpkin Spice Martini. We make this sweet treat with Stolichnaya Stoli Vanil, Bailey’s Irish Cream liquor, pumpkin purée, simple syrup, and of course, pumpkin pie spice.

Apple Cider Martini

Apple pie, apple crisp, apple cider donuts –  there are so many dessert options to choose from if apple is your preferred fall flavor. It is an amazing flavor for drinks, so we created an Apple Cider Martini for those who can’t get enough of it. We also know what a beloved tradition of getting local apples and apple cider is during the fall in NEPA, which is why we use Brace’s Orchard apple cider in our apple cider martini.

Our Apple Cider Martini has Jose Cuervo Silver Tequila, Brace’s Orchard apple cider, fresh lime juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup. We garnish this drink with a caramel and sugar rim and a Brace’s Orchard apple slice.

Spiced Pear Moscow Mule

Spiced pear might not get as much attention as pumpkin and apple, but it’s a fall staple for many. Pears are a perfect autumn fruit and are used in many classic and delicious desserts, including spiced pears. To incorporate this fall flavor in our drinks this season, we recreated the Moscow mule as a spiced pear Moscow mule. This drink contains Stolichnaya Vodka, spiced pear simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and Crabbie’s ginger beer. We garnish our spiced pear Moscow mule with a pear slice and a cinnamon stick.

Cinnamon Old Fashioned

Maybe fall produce isn’t your thing, but you can still enjoy comforting cinnamon desserts during the season. It’s hard to find any fall desserts and treats that don’t come loaded with cinnamon. Cinnamon is extremely versatile and can be used in many fall drinks, but it’s the perfect fit in our Cinnamon Old Fashioned.

We use Knob Creek bourbon, cinnamon sugar syrup, black walnut bitters, and orange bitters to create this drink. Our Cinnamon Old Fashioned is garnished with a Luxardo maraschino cherry and a cinnamon stick.
