Wild Game Dinner – A Culinary Adventure
Join us for an extraordinary dining experience featuring expertly crafted wild game dishes. Our Executive Chef – John Carey and Sous Chef – Dillon Kashula have curated a special menu showcasing bold flavors and unique preparations that you won’t find anywhere else.
Whether you’re a seasoned wild game enthusiast or looking to try something new, this event is sure to impress. Some come out and try some Wild Boar Sliders, Swordfish Kabob, Mushroom Galette and Elk Striploin.
